  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 50 ml cachaça

Virgin Piña Colada
For a full tall glass from Eulenschnitt, double the recipe.
  • 10 cl pineapple juice (or diluted pineapple syrup)
  • 4 cl cream of coconut
  • 2 cl cream
  • Ice
For the decoration:
  • Pineapple slices or leaf (optional)
  • Cocktail cherries (optional)
Preparation
The Piña Colada is prepared in an electric blender. Add all ingredients and blend well. Then pour the cocktail into a glass filled with crushed ice and serve with a straw. Garnish with pineapple slices and optionally a cocktail cherry.

Virgin Sunrise
  • 300 ml orange juice
  • 170 ml pineapple juice
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 40 ml grenadine
  • Ice cubes
For the decoration:
  • 1 organic orange (optional)
  • Cocktail cherries (optional)
Preparation
Step 1: First mix pineapple, orange, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker or blender. Then distribute the ice cubes in the glasses.

Step 2: Evenly fill the glasses with the juice mixture. Now take a tablespoon, place it on the edge of the glass, and slowly pour the grenadine into the glass over the spoon. This will create the beautiful gradient of yellow and red.

Step 3: Now wash the orange, dry it, and cut it into wedges. Arrange on the glasses along with the cocktail cherries and serve.

Pimm's No 1 Cup
  • 5 cl Pimm's No. 1
  • 15 cl Ginger Ale
  • 1 slice of orange
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 1 slice of cucumber
  • 1 small sprig of mint
  • Ice cubes
Preparation
Put a few ice cubes in a tall glass and pour the Pimm's No 1 over them. Then add Ginger Ale or lemon soda and stir the two ingredients until mixed. Then add the slices of cucumber, lemon, and orange as well as the mint, and the Pimm's No 1 Cup is ready!
