What are the shipping costs?

Below you will find the prices for shipping with Swiss Post. Shipping is free for orders of CHF 99.00 or more. For orders over CHF 99.00, you can also choose Priority shipping for an additional CHF 1.50.
  • Economy: CHF 8.50
  • Priority: CHF 10.00

At Jinny Joes, you can pay by Twint, credit card (Mastercard, Visa), Apple Pay, invoice, PayPal, or prepayment.
 

How does a return work?

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Please include the completed return form.
 

Are there any exceptions for returns?

Gift vouchers and products from the Hello Sue brand are excluded from returns.
 

Can I exchange an item?

A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and place a new order.
 

Can I change or cancel an order afterwards?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will try to make changes.
 

Are there gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers are available in various amounts and can be ordered online.

Yes, you can collect your order at the warehouse in Hirzel by appointment. Payment on site is possible by Twint, EC card, or credit card.
