Shipping policy
Shipping
We ship the items you order to the delivery address provided within 1 to 3 working days (excluding Saturday). Delivery is made by Swiss Post. If delivery of the goods fails despite several delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the purchase contract. We make every effort to comply with the delivery times communicated. However, in the event of delays, we reject any claims for compensation. For delivery, you pay a contribution to shipping costs calculated according to the weight of your order. From an order value of CHF 99.00, we ship free of charge.
Recycling is important to us. Whenever possible, we use reusable packaging material, which has often already been used once. Our bubble wrap is produced climate-neutrally and we ship your order using Swiss Post’s “pro clima” service (already included in your shipping costs). Swiss Post invests your contribution in high-quality climate protection projects. This offsets unavoidable greenhouse gases from transporting your shipment. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order including packaging material.
Delivery defects
Please check the delivered items immediately for completeness and integrity. Complaints must be reported to us in writing by e-mail with a photo to info@jinnyjoes.ch within 5 working days after receipt of the goods. The defect will be checked promptly by Jinny Joes. If the defect is accepted by Jinny Joes, you will receive an identical replacement item if available. Otherwise, the product amount (as well as the shipping costs) will be refunded.
Returns
It may happen that a selected product does not meet your expectations. You may return goods within 30 days after receipt with a description of the reason for return. For logistical reasons, we can only process your return if you enclose the completed return form. Only goods that are complete, absolutely undamaged and in perfect condition will be accepted. Soiled, damaged, unpleasant-smelling and used products cannot be accepted. The goods must be returned in the undamaged original packaging. All original labels must be attached to the product. Otherwise, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation. The return of the goods is at your responsibility and expense. Shipping costs are not refunded.

For payments by TWINT, PayPal or credit card, the refund, less any transaction fees incurred, will be made to the associated TWINT, PayPal or credit card account. For advance payment, please state the IBAN number of the desired bank/post account on the return form to which the refund should be made. Shipping costs are not refunded. If the invoice amount of the order before the return was more than CHF 99, the shipping costs incurred for the order will be invoiced after receipt of the return or deducted from the refund amount. The warranties for items purchased from Jinny Joes are limited to the assurances of the respective manufacturer. In the event of improper handling or personal intervention, any claim to replacement or reimbursement expires.

Below you will find the prices for shipping with Swiss Post. From an order value of CHF 99.00, we ship free of charge. From an order value of CHF 99, shipping can be sent as Priority for a surcharge of CHF 1.50.

Our items can currently only be delivered within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Pickup / viewing at the Jinny Joes warehouse
Would you like to see a product in person, pick up your order on site or receive advice? No problem. By appointment, Jinny Joes Wohn- und Küchenaccessoires offers you the opportunity to view all products on site in Hirzel or collect your purchased items directly from our warehouse. When purchasing on site, you save shipping costs, can put together your desired products at your leisure and receive personal advice from the owner.
