It can happen that a product does not meet your expectations. You can return goods within 30 days of receipt, together with a description of the reason for the return.

For logistical reasons we can only process your return if the completed return form is enclosed. The pre-filled form is included with the shipping e-mail. If you need a separate form, please contact us by e-mail.

Only goods that are complete, absolutely intact and in perfect condition will be taken back. Soiled, damaged, malodorous or used products cannot be accepted. The goods must be returned in their undamaged original packaging; all original labels must be attached to the product.

The return is made at your own responsibility and expense. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Refund

For payment by TWINT, PayPal or credit card, the refund is made to the linked account, less any transaction fees incurred. For prepayment, please provide the desired IBAN for the refund transfer.
