Return conditions

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

Please make sure that the goods are returned complete, unused, clean, free of odours, undamaged and in their intact original packaging. All original labels must still be attached to the product. Otherwise, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.

The return is made at your own cost and risk. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return form

For faster processing, we would be glad if you enclosed the completed return form, as it makes handling considerably easier for us. We will send you the pre-filled return form by email together with the shipping confirmation. If you need a separate form, you can download it here: return form.

Exceptions

Gift cards as well as all items by Hello Sue, Lumière des Alpes and TaTeeTaTa are excluded from the right of return.

Refund

For payments made with TWINT, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the refund will be made – less any transaction fees – to the original means of payment. In the case of prepayment, please provide your IBAN on the return form.

If the order value before the return was above CHF 99.– and falls below this amount due to the return, we reserve the right to charge the original shipping costs retrospectively or to deduct them from the refund amount.
