Shipping
We usually send your chosen items within 1 to 3 working days (excluding Saturday) to the delivery address you provide. Delivery is handled by Swiss Post.
For delivery you pay a contribution to the shipping costs, calculated according to the weight of your order including packaging material. From CHF 99.00 order value we ship free of charge.

- Priority: CHF 10.00
- From CHF 99.00 order value: free shipping, with an optional Priority surcharge of CHF 1.50
We currently deliver our items only to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Sustainable shipping
Whenever possible we use reusable packaging material. Our bubble wrap is produced in a climate-neutral way and shipping is carried out with Swiss Post’s “pro clima” service.
Payment methods
After your order you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If no confirmation arrives, please contact us at info@jinnyjoes.ch.

With credit card, TWINT, Apple Pay and PayPal the order is shipped directly after payment is received. With prepayment, shipping takes place after payment is received.
