Shipping & payment
Shipping
We ship your order from our warehouse in Switzerland. Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery is handled by Swiss Post. Please understand that occasional delays may occur around public holidays. We always do our best to get your favourite parcel to you as quickly as possible and with lots of love. We cannot accept any claims for compensation in the event of delays. For a goods value of CHF 99.00 or more, shipping is free.
Shipping costs
Below you will find our shipping prices with Swiss Post. From an order value of CHF 99.– shipping is free for you. For a surcharge of CHF 1.50 you can also receive your order conveniently by Priority shipping from this order value. Please note that Saturday delivery, for a surcharge of CHF 3.80, can only be selected on Fridays during a limited time window.

Packaging
Sustainability matters to us: whenever possible, we use reused packaging material. We also make our own filling material from collected cardboard boxes.
Damaged or incomplete deliveries
Please check your order for completeness and any damage as soon as possible after receiving it. If something is not in order, please let us know in writing by email to info@jinnyjoes.ch within 5 working days of receiving the goods, attaching a photo. We will examine the issue as quickly as possible. If we accept the complaint, you will receive an identical replacement – provided the item is in stock. Otherwise, we will refund the item price as well as the shipping costs.
Payment
You can pay with TWINT, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PostFinance Pay, prepayment or by invoice.
Invoice
You will receive a QR invoice with your order. The invoice amount is due within 10 days of the invoice date. We will send you the invoice by email after dispatch and also enclose it with your parcel.
We will only ship further orders on invoice once the outstanding invoice has been paid. We reserve the right to carry out credit checks and to request prepayment if necessary.
Prepayment
You will receive our bank details by email after placing your order. Dispatch takes place once payment has been received.
