The high quality Slate charger plates make a great coaster for a Drinking glass or mug on a beautifully set Table. The white grain of the stone coasters fades after rubbing with olive oil. Please note the care instructions for this.

Care instructions:
Rub the Slate charger plates with a little olive oil and a fine cloth (e.g. microfiber cloth) before first use and then regularly. This will slightly darken the color of the Slate charger plates. The manufacturer recommends cleaning by hand. The print may fade after repeated use in the dishwasher.
