Gift box medium - Blossombs
The sweet medium gift box from Blossombs contains 9 colorful flower balls. Blossombs are colorful seed bombs. Inside each seed ball are bee and butterfly-friendly organic wildflower seeds. Some seeds germinate in spring, others in summer or fall (September/October). So bees, bumblebees and butterflies (and you too) can enjoy the flowers all season long. Sustainably produced in the Netherlands, Blossombs is a great gift for young and old. The packaging of the Blossombs products is made from sustainable and/or recycled materials.
Blossombs are annual plants. This means that the seeds in the Blossombs go through their life cycle from germination to sowing in one year. If they are sown from April to October, they will flower in the same year. If you sow Blossombs later in the season, they will germinate the following spring. Blossombs will keep for at least two years.
Blossombs contains an organic wildflower seed mix (this includes, among other things the following flower seeds):
Corn cocklebur, incarnate cleavers, wild mallow, corn poppy, meadow knapweed, cornflower, coriander, Persian clover, tussock flower, flax, gold of pleasure, white clover, black cumin, sweet clover, seed marguerite, caraway, narrow-leaved double seed, chicory, meadow daisy, common yarrow, red clover, camomile, ribwort plantain and sarepta mustard.
Contents: One seed ball contains several seeds of this organic wildflower seed mixture.
Application:
- Throw the Blossombs in the garden, around the house or in a Flower pot. About 4 Blossombs can be scattered over 1m². Blossombs can be sown all year round.
Blossombs do not need to be dug into the soil, a light pressing into the soil is sufficient. Caution: Blossombs must not be sown in nature reserves!
- Then wait for a rain shower (or take a Watering can) and the Blossombs will do the rest.
- It takes a few days for the plants to germinate (sowing: March/April) and then it takes at least 8 weeks for the first flowers to appear (flowering: April to October).
- If you scatter the Blossombs in winter, they will germinate the following spring.
