Shipping

We will send you the items you want within 1 to 3 working days (excluding Saturdays) to the delivery address you specified. Delivery is by Swiss Post. If the delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the purchase contract. We do everything we can to meet the communicated delivery times. In the event of any delays, however, we reject any claims for compensation. For the delivery you pay a shipping fee, which is calculated according to the weight of your Order . From CHF 99.00 value of goods we send free of charge.

We value recycling! Whenever possible, we use reusable packaging material, most of which has already been used. Our bubble wrap is produced in a climate-neutral manner and we send your Order with the "pro clima" offer from Swiss Post (already included in your Shipping & handling ). Swiss Post invests your contribution in high-quality climate protection projects. This offsets unavoidable greenhouse gases from the transport of your shipment. The weight of the Order including packaging material is used to calculate the Shipping & handling .

Delivery defects

We ask you to check the delivered items immediately for completeness and integrity. Complaints must be sent to us in writing by email with a photo to info@jinnyjoes.ch within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. Jinny Joes will check the defect immediately. If Jinny Joes accepts the defect, you will be sent an identical replacement item if it is in stock. Otherwise you will be refunded the amount of the product (as well as the Shipping & handling).

Returns

It can happen that a selected product does not meet your expectations. You can return goods within 10 days of receipt with a description of the reason for the return. For logistical reasons, we can only process your return if you enclose the completed return form. Only goods that are complete, absolutely undamaged and in perfect condition will be taken back. Dirty, damaged, bad smelling and used products cannot be returned. The goods must be returned in the undamaged original packaging. All original labels must be attached to the product. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation. The return of the goods is at your own risk and expense. Shipping & handling are non-refundable.

When paying by TWINT, PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated TWINT, PayPal or credit card account less the transaction fees incurred. When paying in advance, please enter the IBAN number of the desired bank/postal account number on the return form to which the return transfer should be initiated. Shipping & handling are non-refundable. If the invoice amount of the Order before the return is more than CHF 99, the Shipping & handling incurred for the Order will be Invoice after receipt of the return or they will be deducted from the refund amount. The warranties of items purchased from Jinny Joes are limited to the warranties of the respective manufacturer. In the event of improper handling or personal intervention, any entitlement to compensation or reimbursement expires.

Jinny Joes living and kitchen accessories offers you the opportunity to view all products on site in Hirzel by appointment or to pick up your purchased items directly from our warehouse location.
